Just wanted to make a list of comonly used plot devices and out-of-character scenarios. Mainly, in the Naruto world, because I really haven't gone through the Bleach sludge yet.
Alrighty-o... Now this is in no particular order. And this does not mean that stories that use these devices are bad. Some can pull it off well, but most... can't.
