I look at this list of vids, and realize that...

Swing Down Chariot made me laugh and squee with glee, and dance in my computer chair.

Running Down a Dream had me ooh-ing and ah-ing at John, and I didn't even know him then!

Lullaby made me cry like a baby. You own me with this vid.

Whatever It Takes lifts me up and gives me hope and just makes me so damn happy I could BURST!

Forever Young... You made me feel guilty about all the bad stuff I've ever said about Richie, because Duncan loves him like a son. Sniffle.

In conclusion, you have a gift for evoking emotions with your vids. Even when you make me cry on purpose, you do it gently, with love. That, imo, is one of the things that makes a great vidder.

I didn't realize until I'd gone to download Running that you're responsible for my favorite HL vid, ever. I lost it ages ago and couldn't find it, or it's creator, again to tell you just how happy it made me - I am, sadly, a Richie nut, and the emotion (and motion) are just fantastic.

The visual example of the SGA vid was awesome, and as much as I'm not a huge participant (or participant at all) in the fandom I like the show and this just made me grin. It's so, so, John.

RICHIE!!! I just saw HL for the first time last year and I was completely unspoiled when I marathoned it. I took to Richie right away and just *adored* him. That vid was my therapy when my happy marathon BROKE MY HEART and killed my baby boy with Archangel. I locked myself in my apartment for a week with the DVDs and sobbed into my Final Cut Pro until Forever Young was finished. Which is all to say, it's the best thing ever to hear good things about that vid from other Richie fans. Thank you!!!

I did the same thing last year! I really bought all six seasons on E-bay and *slammed* them down and I fell hard and fast for Richie. Then they killed him (and is there ANY other way they could have killed him that would have HURT like that? Christ.). I found the vid after I was done and cried all over again, but it was good - the song and clips and Richie's life and everything the kid *was*. It's perfect.

I love so many of your vids, but I just wanted to tell you that I saw "Whatever It Takes" at the Vividcon "Relationships Between Women" vidshow and it was amazing! I actually cried - I was just so overwhelmed by emotion - it was just perfect and lovely and wonderful! Thank you!

I saw Whatever It Takes at VVC this year, in the Relationships Between Women show, and adored it. I haven't seen the movie, and now I really want to, just b/c of this vid.
