Ooooh, I like very much. This is nicely dark and twisted and uncertain -- the mysteries are there, and the darkness of immortality under those conditions -- but still gentle and hopeful at the end. So good! Thank you so much for this one!

Yes, I'm fairly fascinated by keeping some things in the dark. It doesn't do to know everything! And I shudder to think of Jack having to see Sydney and later Isabelle and Little Jack die. But, yes. Hope. Thanks for commenting! I'm so glad you liked it.

And, um, awesome? I got teary at the end. Also big kudos on the believable resurrection. In fact, it was so believable, this is exactly what I'm going to pretend happened, and lalalala and all that.

Everybody in this seems so real, I love Isabelle and her childlike knowledge of countries and their capitals, and Sark was a fabulous bonus. His relationship to Jack has always interested me. It's like you knew!

Ha! I have to say, I read that partiocular request and went a little bit flaily at having to write the mohawk in. ...and then decided to take the easy way out with the dreams. Sorry!

I'm so glad you liked it! It was great fun to write, and well, yeah, I couldn't help but write Sark in. I'm glad you liked that! Now I can say I'm not the only one pretending that this actually is what happens after the screen goes black. Yay!

Ah, but Jack is Jack, and thus needs a lot more than us lowly mortals to go insane. Too much training and strength of will. I'm glad Sark didn't disappoint! Thanks for the feedback. :)
