My family's reaction whenever I've told them I'm pregnant has always been, "...On purpose?!" like I just told them that I injected the ebola virus into my eyeballs. They thought I got pregnant with Gwen on purpose (well, my brother and stepmom did), and my mom jumped to the conclusion that I'd taken fertility pills or had IVF when I told her I was pregnant with twins- her exact words were, "Are you crazy??" Thanks Mom. Love you too.

Happy! Sorry that you're feeling sicky already. I wasn't terribly sick, and I'm sure you've heard all the tricks so far, but you could consider drinking red raspberry leaf tea- it's a hormone regulator and a uterine tonic. I drank about a quart a day for both pregnancies. I apologize if I'm preaching to the choir, too. :)

I keep meaning to tell you this, but I am SO floored by you right now. Seriously, one of the first things I thought when that test turned positive was, "Holy shit, Amanda!!" haha

its weird because when you posted that post about his issue, I still felt SO strongly you would have the baby. But readings arent ALWAYS right and paths do shift so I did not want to put any undue "false hope" or give you any info when you were hurting so much. Im SO HAPPY about this! I never said your name but I may have used your example recently when convincing someone Im the real deal :)!
