Spiky temps -- slow rise after ovulation?

So I've never encountered this in my own chart before, and I'm just looking for possibilities of what might be going on (I have my own theories), but I have a spiky, gradually increasing chart this cycle for whatever reason. Honestly, I can't tell. I think that figuring out a cycle in the middle can be a real crapshoot if everything isn't textbook. It's easier once the cycle is over, then you have all the information and can look back and see patterns.

For what it's worth, my temperature this morning dropped back down. It does make sense to wait until my period comes to see if I can figure anything out, but I just can't help looking at my chart and going, "What is that??? What is wrong with you, ovaries??" But I appreciate the input. :)
