If I ever slip up on temping, I just always start again as soon as I can get back into the routine, even if it's mid-cycle. I've found if I let myself slip up on charting my signs, it's hard to get back into doing it thoroughly.

But I guess it would depend on whether you're TTA, or TTC, and if you're just going to use back-up all the time this cycle if you're TTA, and however comfortable you and your partner are with that choice.

Although you won't have the context from the beginning of your cycle, you should still be able to jump in charting now and see your ovulation show up, if you are, in fact, pre-O. And you should have some context from previous cycles, unless you're just starting charting.

Keep temping, etc.
