My luteal phase shortened and my ovulation day came much sooner after my miscarriage. Prior to my mc, I had 35 day cycles and my cycles shortened every cycle after my miscarriage to about 28 days.
And I did ovulate after my mc - about 2 weeks after. My mc was at 5 1/2 weeks.

My first cycle after the completion of my (natural, seven week) miscarriage was 108 days, and the luteal phase was only 5 days (my normal one before that was 11 days). I don't know if there was any sort of permanent change to my luteal phase length, because I got pregnant the next cycle and am now 15weeks. I suspect that it can sometimes take a good six months for your cycle to settle down.

My cycles aren't textbook perfect to begin with, but it appears that my first cycle after m/c had a LP of about five days (if I accept that FF thinks I ovulated, which I'm not so sure about), and my LP is usually about 11 days. The more "normal" cycles I've had after that have had LP's of 10-11 days, so they haven't changed for me.

I had a LP of 18 days before (granted, I only had one cycle with ovulation before I got pregnant) and after my miscarriage (at ~5 weeks, I think) it's been 11-12 days consistently. It's been 7 months since.

I'm glad you asked this, I was wondering if I was weird.
