I have a history of miscarriage, so I temped until I had an ultrasound showing a viable pregnancy, and then I temped twice a week until I hit the second trimester. :) It just reassured me to keep seeing high temps.
I continued temping for two weeks after I found out I was pregnant. There were a couple of mornings where my temperature went back down close to the coverline, and let me tell you, I spent those days completely freaked out and convinced I was about to miscarry. I also took 8 pregnancy tests. :)
Fortunately, those temperature drops didn't mean anything, because I'm healthy and due in 8 days! Anyway, my advice is... don't keep temping!
I stopped temping as soon as my period was a couple of days late, I had a very early miscarriage previous to this one, and although I was worried I figured that temping wasn't going to do anything to stop it if it happened again. Put the thermometre down and enjoy your pregnancy!
