Well, I've tried two new recipes so far this weekend, and at least one of them was a complete and total success.  The other, well, let's just say I'll be trying something different in the future

I saw that Trader Joe's has a wheat- and gluten-free pancake mix - they may have other products as well. You might try Moore's Flour Mill and Orchard Nutrition too.

Yep, been both places,and Enterprise Health foods too.

I looked a few weeks ago at the TJs in Sac, and saw a few things I want to check on in the store here, but I'm waiting for the madding crowd to die down a little before I attempt it.
