guess where i am updating from.
that's right. my house. where i live. i sort of win at life? maybe? a little?

in case any of you were wondering.
(i have not logged into livejournal for three months, and i still don't have a television. etc.)

i have been so-so! this apartment kicks the ass of everything! there is a cat not-quite on my lap! (because i kicked him off but he is still purring next to me) my life is maybe completely crazy! how are you because i have not had the internet for a very long time and all i picked up was something about an ostrich and some wine??!

i forgot you were getting a kitty! what did you finally decide to name it? what's it look like? I WANT PICTURES. i want to hear about the craziness, too!

not much at all. lots and lots of school. yeah, that describes life as of late. oh, and some boy has recently proclaimed his admiration of me. he totally wants it! how weird!

more like an apartment, but a sort of really classy one! so that's okay! (also, a sort of obscenely cheap one, which is even better, even though some of the cheap, she is crazy! like the terrible tile floor in the salle de bains. oh yeah, and i am also learning french.)

anyway, yayyyy!!!!!!!

i moved to the south side. and then didn't have the internet. and then didn't even have a computer. and now things may or may not be coming up all me. i am choosing to believe they are, and watching indigo girls videos on google. my quality of life is superb.

i am still walking rich people's dogs which, actually, is a pretty sweet gig. and my (internetless) computer's hard drive crashed and it wasn't really worth it to fix (again), so i am now a lot poorer with the addition of a new computer. with the internet, huzzah! um, what else? i got hit by a car, and i adopted (dumpstered, basically...) a cat. he is adorable and he sounds like a raccoon and i love him more than anything in the world and he is sitting in the window behind me. a boy hit on me really awkwardly and then when i didn't want to give him my number and/or get his, he asked me if i was straight, which was really kind of awesome (especially as i was wearing an indigo girls hoodie at the time and the answer was CLEARLY NOT, but i don't know if he noticed that). and on monday, my roommate and i got locked out of our apartment, so i had to break in. it was a little suave. i was wearing a dress at the time, which was probably REALLY FUNNY as i hauled myself through the window.

that's pretty much where i'm at. and yourself?
