It's generally been about 20ºC/4ºC in Orange. I can't even imagine what -45ºC is like, or even anything below 0ºC! Sam's recent photo was beautiful yet FRIGHTENING too.

(I heard this story about some Californian guy who went to Harvard for a year and came back because he couldn't handle the cold. We are such wimps down here, specifically in southern California.)
