I knew Larry was stupid in that regard; I didn't know he'd actually bothered to put it in the *license*... *sigh* OTOH, this smells like Jonathan is going after Oracle and is serious about it. Given that both Solaris and MySQL are available under the GPL, methinks this is going to be a Good Thing for the community. (I gotta wonder what Red Hat thinks of this... certainly that's gonna distract the other Larry from jumping up and down about "Enterprise Linux"...)
