Leuce dithered in front of Lethe's door for a while, wondering if she should go in or not. She was still shaken up from last night's events, and a bit wary - after all, Lethe is Lord Hades' minion. Would she be angry at her as well?
She rubbed her hands nervously, then quietly opened Lethe's door. The nymph had been to Lethe's apartment several times already for their weekly cooking lessons, and she had come to think of Lethe as a friend. She just hoped Lethe considers her a friend too.
"Sorry I'm late, Lethe," she said, making her way to the kitchen.
To be entirely honest, Lethe didn't put much stock in staying terribly angry in regards to much of anything.
And the Lord Hades was more than capable of taking care of himself. (In manners that didn't involve direct care and feeding, of course. But that was entirely beside the point.)
The humming traipsed lazily off into an equally quiet murmur, with just enough accompanying chaos to miss the swing of the door.
"Old man trouble I don't mind him, you won't find him 'round my door."
The song cut itself off and she jumped slightly at the sound of Leuce's voice, straightening slightly and spinning in place, blinking through the tumble of curls with a bright, "Oh! It is no trouble at all, I had not even noticed, really. You hardly need to apologize."
Leuce sighed in relief, glad that Lethe didn't bring up yesterday's events at all. In fact, it seems like she doesn't know about it at all. She brought a hand up to her throat and lightly touched where Lord Hades wrap his hand around her neck, and shuddered. "I'm not going to let that bother me", she thought tentatively, then nodded to herself. This is the perfect opportunity to forget about the encounter and shake off her fear.
She smiled at Lethe. "So, what are we making today?"
What the Lord Hades got up to in his spare time wasn't any of her business unless he deigned to make it so. And, even then, her business was only what he informed her of and nothing more.
Lethe grinned back at her companion, smoothing her fingers down the front of her skirts before smoothing her hair back and out of her eyes. Then she gestured to the table - and the basket of fruit (mostly apples) resting on it - with a flutter of fingers.

"Pie!"
