Helenus stared blankly at the computer screen. At first seeing his sister had been a joyous occasion and he had called out loudly to share the good news with Helen. As their conversation progressed, his joy began to fade and instead it filled with a guilt that ran so deep that he felt like being physically ill. His sister, his beloved twin, was given to the Greek general and before then she had been raped. So help him if Ajax ever showed up here.

He took a deep breath and stepped away from the computer. It was important for him to push the guilt away for now, Cassandra needed him to be strong. Hector was Troy's pillar but he was his sister's pillar, he would not let her down. He had already done enough of that. He quickly moved to the door when he heard a knock and as soon as it was opened, he puled his sister into a tight embrace.

"Sister, it is so good to see you again."

Cassandra collapsed against her brother and clung to him. She didn't have to be strong now, it was ok. Helenus would protect her and would make everyone leave her alone until she could deal, something Cassandra hadn't been able to do since Ajax. Agamemnon may have saved her physically, but he couldn't help fix her mentally.

"Brother-" her voice hitched and she cut herself off, burying her face in his neck.

"It's okay, everything will b e okay now, sister. You're with me and you'll be safe." Helenus could sense the unease in her. Then again, who would be okay after everything that she had been through? He was relieved that there was still sanity left inside of her. She had been unhinged for a long time and he was always worried that one days he would crack and be lost to her visions and madness.

Fortunately that day had not come and now that she was with him, he would make sure it never would.

Cassandra nodded, trusting him completely. He was the only one who had ever believed her and trusted her, Helenus knew what she went through with the visions and everything. He would bring reality back without forcing her to hide her moments of insanity.

"I was sailing to my death, the forgotten queen on her new-claimed thrown was going to kill us both," Cassandra said, trying to explain what she had seen awaiting her in Mycenae. "He didn't listen to me when I warned him. They never do."

Helen was in her room, her laptop on the bed. Now that Cassandra was here, she wondered how that would change things. It wasn't that Helen disliked her, not really, but she was very possessive and secondly- her sister had killed Cassandra.

That would not go down well with Helenus.

The voices from the living room alerted her that Cassandra was now over and Helen hesitated a little before rising from the bed and padding over to the door frame. Pressing one hand, Helen leaned against it watching the twins quietly. It was best to let them speak for a moment before she intruded on the conversation.
