Do they have tags from a department store, or are they the manufacturer's tags? Two things that could be going on (that is *very* common on ebay - I've read a lot about this!) are either a) it's a good knock-off (with knock-off tags) or b) it's an original from the factory but defective. Many times the defects are not noticeable, but sometimes they are, as in, wrong sizing, or an off wash. These can't be sold in a department store but there's a large network of people (especially on ebay) who buy them at very low prices and then resell them to the consumer. A responsible ebayer should advertise when this is the case, or at least not represent them as 100% authentic.
i'd bet you they're the latter. they don't have a department store tag, but they do have very very very convincing tags, all over. i mean i'd be seriously impressed if they were faked.
anyway i'm just going to relist them. i'm pissed. really pissed. i've had bad luck with online clothing ordering lately :(
