It's difficult to believe he's actually gone. Akihiko, understandably, is taking it worse than anyone else.

I'm sorry for your loss. It's never easy--I'd say the guilt will go away but...I doubt that it'd help.

I'm ex-military--served with some good people. Civilians shouldn't be exposed to that kind of thing. We just met but. Uh, you can talk to me if you want. Sometimes talking to a stranger helps.
