sending money! mexico is sending a whole bunch of portable kitchens (yay lol) and supplies. and even CASTRO of CUBA offered to send money, i think it was a tongue-in-cheek because knowing how US-Cuba relations are, the US would never accept it. although i think the govt should stop being stupidly prideful and just take it.

You'd think those damn souteastern asians and victims of the tsunami would at last repay us somehow, but they dont. So what if they dont have much money? They can at least send us their deepest sincere symapthies...or some of those really bitchin lampshade vietcong hats. Oh, that would be sweet.
