[When he went to greet Lym this morning, Frey had found an empty room.

Staring in shock for a while, he wanders in, looking for anything that might be left, a sign of her presence. But there was nothing. It was as if she’d never been here. Gritting his teeth, he can’t take the sight anymore, and leaves the room, shutting the door behind him.

[Silver, of course, is at the battle dome. It's just what he does. If he weren't here, he'd be training out in the woods. It's not like there's much else to do here anyway, at least in his opinion.

Of course, it's break time. A good sized break time, since while he pushes his Pokémon pretty hard, he doesn't want to push them too hard. It results in he and his three Pokemon sitting on the floor in the viewing room, drinking water and munching on snacks. Sneasel and Murkrow may or may not be watching Frey going at his battledome simulation from the viewing room! The four of them should be chilling long enough to run into Frey if he stops for a break regardless. They've been here for a while.]

How are they made? Does the magic come from the person or does it have its own magic that you can tap into? What can you do with your magic?

Well.... I don't really know the process. Magic isn't my specialty, but originally all runes come from the 27 true runes, according to legend. The crests are contained in water crystals and then attached to someone by a rune master or mistress.

As for the magic, you tap into the runes spells, but everyone has varying potentials for their ability with a type of rune, however. Some can only cast the lowest level spells while others can call upon higher level spells easily. As for me... Both my runes are capable of attack and healing magic.

...Could I see them in action?

I guess. [The day was almost over and he didn't really use much magic in the simulations.] What would you like to see?

...I was about to try another simulation. You could head in with us and show what you can do, if you want.

Sure. I'd be ok with that.

[...Heading over to an empty room, then, returning Feraligatr and Murkrow to their Pokéballs while he walks. This should be a nice change of pace.]

[Frey will follow at a sedate pace, wondering what exactly Silver has planned.]

[Heading in, setting up the simulation... And, well, there's a lake. A nice, peaceful little lake. There's a fence surrounding it to keep people from falling right in, and plenty of open ground around said area. But why here? There's nothing dangerous about this place.

[.....A hoard of dragons? He thinks, anyway.

....Well, you never knew how it'd go until you tried. He pulls his weapon from the holster on his back, twisting it into a full staff.] Ready.
