I'm so busy right now. I could use a little break. And about 36 hours in the day. I'm throwing a dinner on Saturday night. Matt's giving me good-natured crap about hosting my own party. Might I also suggest extra bowls? I can tell you from experience that the whole "Oh, we're out of bowls? Let's be quirky and serve the chili in oversized mugs" idea seems really fun and like something you'd see in Budget Living, but actually? Not so much.

Ooh, good point. I think I'm stressing about the dinner thing too much. It'll just happen, right? As long as there's food and booze...

Oh, and just because it needs to be said: you're not a bad mother. In fact, you seem to be a very great and caring mother. Kids are way more resiliant than people think. She'll turn out fine, I promise. And if she doesn't, you can send her to me as punishment for my hubris. ;-)
