Massive, vicious fight with Kevin because he meant one thing and thought he was clear about it, but I interpreted it a completely different and very hurtful way (that made absolutely equal sense from what was said). We went back and looked at the chat transcript later and were both like "oh my god this is what you'd write if you wanted a misunderstanding for a movie script!" But once we realized what had actually happened, it was all ok. :-)
