The goal of this post is threefold: first, as a way to kill time while Linksys Customer Service has me on hold; second, to serve as an eternal reminder about just how worthless and bad Linksys is in just about every aspect that one would expect from a company, and third, to get the word out to people so that they don't waste their time and money
