Linksys: The Worst Bunch of Morons I've Ever Seen

The goal of this post is threefold: first, as a way to kill time while Linksys Customer Service has me on hold; second, to serve as an eternal reminder about just how worthless and bad Linksys is in just about every aspect that one would expect from a company, and third, to get the word out to people so that they don't waste their time and money ( Read more... )

Whew, I'm using a Linksys router. Luckily I've never had problems with it. That sounds pretty damn frustrating.

The first call I put in was to Comcast, where I got someone who clearly didn't know very much.

That is like, every single call to Comcast about internet, EVER. :D

I've been running a Belkin pre-N since the summer in my house, and have experienced similiar problems. Never tried to DO anything about it, of course, though I've been considering purchasing a "better" one sometime soon.

Oh god. Comcast service absolutely sucks, but Linksys looks like they are even worse. I'll be sure to tell people at Target looking for a router to NOT buy a Linksys then.
