I think I learned folks skated to work in our hometown before I learned how important it was in our system of government.

Thanks to you, when the Rideau Canal was mentioned in a "Jeopardy!" question this week, I knew the answer, & was able to tell my spouse a bit about skating on the Rideau Canal [which scans to "navigating on the Erie Canal"].

Good, bad, or inifferent, the government is here - the bureaucracy as much as the actual Parliament.
