So I'm not the only one? Heh. It's such fun fiddling with the various colours and configurations, but really, nothing looked as nice as the thing I already have.
While I too have done that to my LJ setup, I don't do it very often ... just not that interested in "fiddling". Besides, whoever set up some of the LJ themes has *no* concept of contrasting colours and readability. Urrk.
I'd still like to get together with you over the holidays, but both of us are pinching our pennies and wondering where the next job is coming from. [I may have landed a retail job, but it isn't very secure and pays poorly.]
I'm dithering about going to see the "Tintin" movie. While the money issue isn't helping, I'd sooooo like to make an exception. I fear that Spielberg has mangled the concept and Herge is spinning in his grave. (However, I'd be delighted if Spielberg chucked the rampant sexism that showed up in the comic books from time to time; the attitude to Bianca Castafiore there was only the most obvious example of it.)
I love 'fiddling' with LJ/DW formats. It's like a secret hobby. Of course most of the colour combinations offered are hideously ugly, which means all the more fiddling to change them to my liking.
Congratulations on the job. Retail or otherwise, it's something.
