Good, busy day at work. I had lunch with gamergrrl in the lunch room, then went home - in the rain. It had been snowing all night, and the walking conditions were appalling

I was going to go out this evening, but The Spouse went out before dinner and had a nasty fall on the sidewalk on Wellington West, where it's icy and sloping and almost impossible to stay upright even if you move carefully. He's OK (if sore) -- he told me that lying there in a cold puddle for several minutes feeling too sore to move might not have been a bad thing because it effectively "iced" his bruise.

I decided I'd wait til tomorrow morning to do the errands I had to do and not bother with the music I had been considering going to hear.

BTW, I think it will be much better in the morning -- more time for the ice to have melted, particularly the thin slippery layers. Best of luck!

I haven't gone out yet, but it looks much better - just looking out the window. It didn't freeze overnight, I think, so things have had a chance to melt more.
