Summer
So yesterday I laid around. I cleaned my room in search of my cellphone, and my bathroom 'cause dana's coming over this weekend. I looked in my mom's car, and it wasn't there either. LAST DAY OF SCHOOL.
Okay so today was my last day of 8th grade. I woke up, actually ready for school and everything, had a smoothie (but never ate it all because I froze the banana in the peel, and even though I used hot water to get it off it still.. felt gross to me. So then I ate this frappy thing.

I totally just caught a gnat. TWICE TODAY. there was one at gym and I was like, WOOSH and caught it. And then there's one in my room, probably came in from my open window 'cause gnats are always out when it's hot, and...they can fly through windows.

Memorial Day
Today you all should be commemorating the US men and women (and transvestites?) that have died in our military service.
Random fact about Memorial Day I bet you guys didn't know: It was actually a law that allowed Civil War veterans, many of whom were drawing a government paycheck, to honor their fallen comrades with out being docked a day's pay. ( Read more... )
