"she committed emotional suicide long ago..." wow, that line just killed me, sooooo wonderful, beautifuly written, please don't ever stop writting, this was lovely. peace and love xoxoxoxo Andrea.
Pure awesome! I loved the line, "Dagger. Through. Heart." It was very Lynette. But on a cultural note, I don't believe Lynette would think the word, "bloody." Just imo, as an American. :0) :bangs head against desk:
Anyway, I loved this. Love this series, and love how you make Bree/Lynette so very real by weaving it around certain canon moments.
OK, first of all - thank you and I'm pleased that you like both it and the series :)
Due to cultural advice I have changed the 'bloody' (but you people really should use it more!), it's so ironic that I should be picked up on a cultural error in this fic when I made the HUGE personal sacrifice of typing the word 'Mommy' - it's wrong, it freaks me out and in the past it's a concession that I have refused to make but I have to accept that Bree wouldn't say 'Mummy' and so had to write it that way.
That is a huge personal sacrifice. Though oddly enough I will let you in on the fact that even though I'm American and my parents are American ... growing up I called my mother mummy. Mommy just plain sounds bad to my ears!
