Oh, so that's what's going on! In the last couple of days, I've had an "interesting" problem where I've searched up sites and then, while reading the page I'd clicked on, suddenly suffered an unrequested redirect to something that tried to tell me my computer was infected and that I needed to install its antivirus software

Could be worse, could've been a selfreplicatingvirus alert (and I bet not many people remember that.)

But yes. I am grateful for the march of technology having made it possible for me to say whatever I want AND get to banhammer any pyromanical trolls who come my way...
