I'm passing this along from fifmeister's LJ. It's a very interesting breakdown of the ending of Mass Effect 3, with respect to the uproar in the fandom. I should probably specify that I have never played the game, as gaming and I just never seemed to jive together, but I kind of have the gist of things from the outskirts, since so many of my friends are huge ( Read more... )

Also, anytime Yvonne Strahovski's character was shown I felt All the Bizarre Chuck/Video game crossover Feelings. LOL

Ooh, I'm glad you liked that video! I posted it hoping that it might be of interest even to people who aren't into Mass Effect. I've read and watched a looooot of analysis relating to ME 3's ending (the game's been out almost a month and I'm still stewing over the end, LOL), but I felt this one was really a cut above the rest, just because it's so relevant to anyone who's interested in writing/storytelling in general.
