did anybody else crack right the hell up when they saw that the next episode title is "Let's Kill Hitler!"

Josh and I were incoherent with laughter when that came on the screen.

What's somewhat ironic is the fact that Moffat is the one who gave us Jack Harkness in the first place...

haven't seen the episodes but this post seems to have a different take on what you are describing http://doctorwho.livejournal.com/7715029.html

LET'S KILL HITLER LOL FOREVERRRRRRRRRR.

Also, many thumbs up to your theory. I just saw the episode, and I couldn't decide whether to interpret the gay soldier guys thing as "Other people see us this way so we have let it become a running joke" or what you said. Not that they're mutually exclusive, I guess.

Oh, Moffat. Also, with the big reveal. Saw it coming a mile away, but at least it explains your obsession with noun names.

I really hope that the next episode somehow turns into something lighthearted and hysterical, to go with the title.

Yar. I really hate how the male homosexuals thus far have been played for laughs, and the (implied) females have been played for sex appeal.

Yeeeeah. Basically, I miss the RTD days, when the gay dude (Jack) was the sex appeal, and the gay ladies (i.e. the ones in Gridlock) were the "aww" factor.
