oohhhhhhh good lord this was such a read!! i started it and couldn't put my phone down until i finished it :000 i could imagine the scenes so vividly and i felt really kinda overwhelmed?? idk how to explain it, but this brought about quite a few emotions.

i adored the way you described the lanterns from yixing's point of view -- it was such a hooking introduction. and this take on faeries with tentacles and soulbonding was sooooooo interesting and frankly, i loved loved loved it!
