APPLYING FOR HOUSING
Once you have been accepted, fill out the form below and reply with the filled out for to this post to be assigned housing. Your character will be assigned to a district, and then given the appropriate key with their street name/house number on it.
• If you would like more information on each district and their housing assignments, check out the links below for more detailed information.
• The links below also contain the housing lists for each district, which include addresses, roommates, and detailed descriptions of each place of residence.
• Your character is free to live where they wish, but know that the city will only give them one key. That key will be theirs for their stay in Splendor, and they will not receive another if they choose to live somewhere else. Trading keys with others is allowed - however, your character's placement on the housing list will stay the same.

HOUSING AND DISTRICT INFORMATION
Below are the links to each individual housing page, as well as a basic overview of what you should expect to find housing-wise in each district. The housing pages list all of the available homes, as well as the tenant lists for each occupied housing area.
Apartments | Bungalows | Cabins | Castles & Estates | Cottages | Sigma Homes
The Apartments | METROPOLIS DISTRICT
The apartments are situated throughout the Metropolis District. The structures and overall feel here are of a modern day city (modern day according to real life/ooc). Each apartment is fairly modern and comes fully furnished. The max roommate capacity varies from building to building, with some allowing for a maximum of three roommates per apartment, others allowing four. There are also three to four bedrooms in each apartment, with no one having to share if they do not want to.
The Bungalows | BUNGALOW DISTRICT
The bungalows are situated offshore in the Bungalow District. These are the only homes with no locking doors, the particular key being a keychain instead of an actual key. These homes are very reminiscent of resort bungalows offshore in tropical tourist places. While the inside of each Bungalow is fairly modern in furnishings and technology, the outsides resemble thatched-roof huts. Each bungalow allows for a maximum of two people. There is only one very large bedroom in each bungalow, so roommates will have to share.
The Cabins | ALPINE DISTRICT
The cabins are situated in the Alpine District. Each cabin is a log cabin, with one main floor and a ladder or stairs leading to a loft. The cabin interiors have a very mountainous and 'roughing it' feel to them, as opposed to the "resort feel" some may associate with modern log cabins. They comfortably house three people, though the maximum is four. Since there are only two bedrooms per cabin, people will have to share.
The Castles & Estates | GOLDEN DISTRICT
The castles and estates are situated in the Golden District. These buildings are extremely large and extremely high class. The castles are your traditional castles fit for royalty, with gilded banisters and luxurious rooming accommodations. The estates are large and flashy homes, with expensive furniture and accents. Each estate and castle can fit at least 10 people comfortably. The maximum number per residence is 12, though in most (the castles especially) there are many more rooms than that.
The Cottages | WONDERLAND DISTRICT
The cottages are situated in the Wonderland District. The average cottage is slightly compact, most appearing to be older structures. Some cottages are rather whimsical, taking on odd shapes and colors. The style of living here is more country-style as opposed to modern, giving off the feel of a rural village or town. The maximum capacity for each cottage is four, some having enough rooms for every individual to get their own, but most will require people to share.
Sigma Homes | ALPHA DISTRICT
The Sigma Homes are situated in the Alpha District. Each home gives off a very modern (even futuristic) feel to it, with highly advanced technology and crisp, clean interior colors and furniture. Nearly everything in these homes, from showers to appliances, is automatic or voice activated. Each Sigma home can comfortably house up to five people. There are only four bedrooms in each home, however, so a full house will require two people to share. Sigma homes are the only single-sex homes in Splendor.
