falling apart?

i got a new tattoo this weekend, and for the second time i shook uncontrollably the entire time. i've taken to calling this shaking "my jitters." it happens if i get nervous or cold, even if the nervous or cold feeling doesn't last long. i'll warm up or my mental state will improve, but the shaking continues. so i typed my symptoms into google and

i got the leg shakes the last time i got my spine tattooed
..but no anxiety i think

it seems that it's usually a combination of genetics, life experience, personality, and brain chemistry. so genetics and life experiences would definitely apply to the both of us.

my girlfriend has really bad anxiety too, I recognize those symptoms. hug for you.
