well I totally support the teaching and can honestly say that I've never been like "oh I can't wait to be a grandma but whatever works right...lol. this is a new change with the whole tom situation so try to let it work. don't focus on not talking to him. don't focus on thinking about him. a week off can be a really good idea if you are going to allow yourself to think and think about yourself as you not as you and tom. good luck
