Thanks for the recs, wordstrings is of course amazing and it makes me happy every time I see it in a list, the more people that find it the better.

I think I've already read and loved most of them but I really wanted to say thank you for the link to It feels like home when I'm with you, because that was brilliant, hauntingly bittersweet, and I don't think I would have read it if you hadnt linked to it. so thank you. Im also about to read Monser as that one also escaped me.

I deeply look forward to further recommendations from you because I love all the ones you've listed.

I love Wordstrings work - the niggles just about stop it being sheer perfection but its still one of the best series I've ever read.

TBH the reason I keep this journal is mostly so that I can keep track of all the fic I've read rather than filling my harddrive with it but I have been very impressed with the sheer quality of the fic being produced in the Sherlock fandom. Sure there are some terrible examples but for the most part there has been something great to read every day.

I'm miles behind on the reccing but now I have a little more time on my hands I will be updating this much more regularly. I want to do a Sherlock/Lestrade recs post as well as a rarer pairings one and of course there are endless brilliant Sherlock/John fics that need to go up! So I promise I'll try and keep it up to date!
