Ok, I had stopped posting my weight for awhile because I was at a plateau of sorts but I have flown past that in the last 2 or 3 weeks. I think I'll do it again for motivation/accountability. Sorry if it bores you. Skip past it. There's no customer service here ( Read more... )

Diet: lots of water, 2+ servings of dairy each day, lean protein, fruits/veggies, whole grains. I REALLY limit sugar and alcohol. I eat when hungry and only eat to 80% (comfortable, but not full).
Exercise.
I really believe that, when it comes to weight loss, most of your work is done in the kitchen.

Wow, so you left me that comment about liking Shelter Pale Ale, then when I came over to take a gander at your LJ I saw entries about mix tapes and cooking, so I'm totally adding you. I hope that's OK. I think I'll enjoy reading your journal.
