Ursula, in collusion with the squirrels, alerted me this afternoon that amounts of black oil sunflower seed and corn in various feeders had reached "low". I too, spend a fair amount of time explaining that I cannot control the weather and cannot remedy every circumstance, only mitigate and temporarily. Back to bowing and scraping.
Her Royal Highness wishes to know why I have yet to serve her afternoon tea (Earl Grey, diluted with milk, in an antique Noritake Saucer, Windsor pattern).
The Empress has me pinned down to the chair. They'll have to have a catfight or a duel to settle it, or go into negotiations. I'm not in charge of anything here, the house really belongs to them and I am merely a servant to the Feline Monarchy.
