Strictly speaking none, but everything I've read implies that Holmes isn't asexual and Watson isn't into the ladies, and that's enough to make me go "Meh, I'll skip it but not rant about it, as it's technically not worse than 90% of the adaptations out there". Though I will roll my eyes at the people who say that, unlike Elementary, Do No Harm totally doesn't come across as an americanized version of a BBC show.

Look, if they do one where Sherlock is female, too, instead of just being a half-genderbend, then I'll overlook pretty much anything to give it a shot. I AM glad that everything I've heard has them going "oh HELL no" at the idea that the half-genderbend will lead to het

Do No Harm is a modernized Americanized Jeckyll and Hyde, same deal as Elementary being a modernized Americanized Sherlock Holmes.

Have you, perchance, seen the BBC's Jeckyll?
