So I've finally had the time to read through last week's 156-page ruling in "Association for Molecular Pathology v. US PTO", the case which challenged the patents held my Myriad Genetics on the BRCA1 and BRCA2 breast cancer genes. In fact, Funk Brothers vs. Junkyward Do is a song, while Funk Brothers vs. Giant Baba is a WWF match.

Actually I think both of your links are to WWF matches. But if it helps, rif, the original patent was for a hip-hop Super Nitrogen Fixer Bacteria mash-up...
