A day or two after their rides, Eowyn finds herself wandering down towards the trees, to see if she can find the home of Lamorak's brother and his wife. She wonders, after a bit, if she wouldn't have done better to wait until Lamorak could formally introduce her, but by that point, she can already see a little house in the distance-- too late.

Cimorene is certainly home, humming one of Dinadan's compositions a bit idly. She's making bread, up to her elbows in flour, and doesn't look much like a princess at all, a few strands of black hair escaping the pinned up braids, her skin tanned from outdoor work.

If Eowyn gets close enough to knock, or hover near the door, Cimorene calls out "Oh, just come in. Everyone does."

'But it is not their habit to transport people to strange places?'

"Not generally. But sometimes. It's not unheard of."

[fairandcold]

'And do you think it the cause of your coming here?'

[dragon_dealer]

She shrugs. "That or I died without remembering it. But the spell seems more likely."

[fairandcold]

She nods. 'One would remember dying, I think.'

[dragon_dealer]

"That's what I thought too." She nods.

[fairandcold]

'Do you still?'

[dragon_dealer]

"Yes. But I don't know how much it matters, since it seems like I'm not going back."

[fairandcold]

'Not ever? Do you think so?'

[dragon_dealer]

"Maybe. But I got married here. I don't know if I could bring my husband with me. I don't know if I would want to."

'I would. I do. I think.'

[dragon_dealer]

"I would have, my first year, year and a half."

[fairandcold]

'How long is it, since you came?'

[dragon_dealer]

"Two years. A little more. I came in winter two years ago."

[fairandcold]

'You are a princess, Lamorak said.'
