My Google-fu is failing me

So there's this episode of a TV show I'm half-remembering, and it's driving me up the wall.  Here's what I remember:
  • Late 1980s or early 1990s
  • Anthology show, possibly the sort of late-night thing I only got away with watching because my mom was working nights, or possibly I was at college and didn't need anyone's permissin to watch trashy TV

Twilight Zone revival series, maybe? I don't know, the loose description would have me looking at Tales from the Crypt.. what about Friday the 13th, the Series?

I can't swear to it, but my feeling is that it was a half-hour episode and not a movie. I don't think there was enough "there" there in terms of plot or character time for it to be a movie. (I know that's not saying much considering some movies that have been made, but I simply don't remember sitting through anything long.)

Nice! I would not have thought to check the Mystery anthologies, with the magic involved, but I should've thought to broaden the search.

In retrospect, the witchcraft was probably part of the twist ending.
