It's not necessarily the whole company's fault! It's just the morons at the store that you took it too! You can't blame the rest of the company just because one (or however many people knew) lied to corporate. It's not corporate's fault!

I'm not blaming the entire company. Would you prefer if I changed my title to "Mother Fucking Great Northern Best Buy"? I have friends who work at Best Buy...I'm not blaming them because mine is incompetent.
