Dear jerkface:
Yes, some doctors are in it for the money. Guess what? Not all of them are. Like, for example, MY BABY SISTER, who is going to be a kick-ass pediatrician when she finishes med school, and has already devoted a good portion of her young life to helping people. And she put her own life at risk to do so a couple times. As a volunteer. Which means she is already a more awesome human being than you are.
And here's a clue-by-four: Surfing around on the internet until you find information you like does not equal research. Also, Wikipedia is neither peer-reviewed nor HON-certified, and neither of those things equal "vast conspiracy dedicated to perpetuating an evil money making scheme through vaccinations."
Do some real research, jerkface. Learn about a little thing called "smallpox," check out the photos of the victims, and think about how it's no longer a common sight. Spend some time on an actual pediatrics floor. Tell me there's enough money in the world to help compensate for seeing a baby in a hip cast, or seeing a 12-year-old girl slowly starve to death because she was dealt a really lousy hand of chromosomes, or any pediatric oncology patient, ever. Especially the brave ones who crack jokes and talk about their favorite comic book characters and play video games despite the lines and shunts.
No love and plenty of righteous anger,
Me
