and what if a blind person is handcuffed? how do they know where theyre walking? does an officer have to guide them EVERYWHERE? i just dont know.

uh, a blind person knows doesn't know where they're walking regardless. it doesn't matter if they're handcuffed.

and all those people who say they dont cuff armless folk... you can still punch officers with nubs! AND THERES VARIABLES. what if someone has, say, a hook for a hand?! then what?! thats dangerous & they cant cuff that & they cant take the hook! so then what?
