No. Don't bother with Supernatural. It's terrible. It's the Twilight of TV shows. Especially if you're a big fantasy and stories with twists on mythological tales you will get frustrated very fast.

It's basically Charmed with brothers instead of sisters and the constantly dying lady-of-the-week characters taking the place of the stupid, objectified love interests of the sisters.

Simply look at pictures of the pretty actors instead. You will get the same level of satisfaction without the brain hurt.

I am soooooooo with you on the hurt/comfort. I prefer the comfort parts of the fics as well. XD No need to draw out the torture over 11 chapters only to close with half a page of cuddling! D:

There should totally be a rant-meme. I have my regular fit of 'I just need some silly US Cop Show, OK' and this time it's Castle which, while being a lot better than expected in many many aspects also pushes every single of my 'I hate this trope with a burning passion'-buttons.

I knew there was a reason why I never got into that (though I'm sure for managing to avoid watching just one single episode I deserve some sort of medal...it's one of these shows that's everywhere all the time XD)

Hnng, I'm very conflicted about Supernatural. I will admit that the season finale of season five which was supposed to be the last season five seasons ago (ehehhehe....) had me tear up really badly because of the oh so fucked up sibling relationship and all the friggin love everywhere. And the episode about slashfans was adorable. XDD Oh and Gabriel is really badass and great too.
But yes, it is basically Charmed with brothers and a cute-ass angel, so maybe just give it a try when you have a loooooot of freetime or a looooot to clean? XDD

Schlecht geschriebenes Hurt/Comfort ist genauso wie du das gerade betitelt hast. Und gruselig. Aber gutes les und schau ich auch mit passion, am besten unterschwellig mit kleinen Gesten, die dann ganz viel bedeuten...

Numbers schau ich übrigens genauso wie du. Die Fälle sind eher naja, aber trotzdem bleibe ich ab und zu beim durchzappen daran hängen.

Ich kenn die Sherlockversion nicht, finde das Bild aber großartig und rührend und ♥
