So, I'll give it a try. I have no idea how this will turn out as so far I have only sporked fanfic which mostly sporked itself.

Let's look at the Summary:

Living in Cork, Ireland, a hotbed of resistance to British rule, makes Ian Mulroney's life dangerous despite his peaceful beliefs. ( Read more... )

You poor thing, the dialogue in this is truly awful.

And I love how the pacifist changes his mind after two paragraphs. Who cares about building up a character trait for a few chapters so the reader will actually feel any impact when the character changes? ugh.

Well the good news is that he doesn't use the dialogue all through the book. The bad news is that in the rest of the book they talk like an American thinks Irish people would talk...meaning they constantly say 'aye' and everybody is a 'wee lad'.

*sighs* exactly...even if the description of the murder had been better I still would have thought that some doubts would have been better...but you know describing feelings takes up space we can't use to describe the hotness of the characters. And obviously that't the most important thing.

Sounds hilarious. Please, go on. :D

Oh, yeah. The hotness. The 180 pounds of muscle. I'm looking forward to more of that. *chortle*

Thanks :)
I think I will continue...I don't know why but I find it much more satisfying to rip bad books to pieces instead of trying to forget them as soon as possible XD
