I was watching UTRH and just... the look on Jason's face as he sinks to the ground, cradling his bleeding hand is heartbreaking.

This is so beyond sad but it makes sense in both canon and fandom. Wow we are so creative in explaining why the characters act the way the comic writers write them. Nothing else makes sense.
