My question is this... what does Quorra's CT Scan look like? Does she have internal organs? If so, where did the complexity for these systems come from? Was a fully mapped human genome part of ENCOM's proprietary data back in 1989? If she does have a fully-functioning set of organ systems, is her immune system up to date (will she need to Liveupdate from Norton), or will the first cold she catches kill her?
In other words, her "interface" on the Grid was the semblance of humanity. Translating that parent code into a living breathing organic lifeform requires an architecture which is the product of a serious, serious degree of natural evolution... the likes of which we currently can not replicate without allowing nature to "debug" our interfaces.
I do predict that Quorra wouldn't make it through her denouement motorcycle ride before collapsing and dying on the street from microbes she inhaled in the air.
Well, it's possible the digitizing system assumed 'human' and assembled the necessary analogs for organs, but I doubt she'd pass any major inspection or genome tests as human. Likely her own data filled in the blanks from 'digital' to 'real'.
As for the bugs, she's got whatever Flynn and Sam had. I mean, they were both digitized in with their clothes on. Is it any stretch to think any bugs they had on or in them didn't get brought along for the ride? Granted, something nasty might come along and 'derez' her, but the same can be said for any of us, really.
