Both of my computers are broken. My laptop is being sent off to be repaired, and I will get it back in 2-3 weeks. Until then, I will only have internet access while I am at work, or if I happen to go to the library

Oh god that's just all kinds of sucky.

I don't know what that would be with the monitor, is the mouse thing always in conjunction with it? If it was just the monitor then I'd guess it was something to do with the monitor cables, but if the mouse is having problems it's gotta be something in the actual computer hardware. Maybe a video card problem?
