I'm sorry, the purple? What purple? If you're referring to the flash, it was dark. There was no other way to take the photo.

I am much amazed. But I like it. You know I adore short hair. You look great!

Also, it makes you look a lot more like your sister. In fact, I looked twice to make sure you weren't posting pics of her.

Yeah, I'm amazed, too. I'm still getting used to it - it feels really weird when I catch a glimpse of my silhouette somewhere - but I like it. Also weird is not needing a comb, and being able to rub it dry. And having to style it. And not worrying about it getting windblown or tangled.

Thank you! I'm really glad you like it. I've gotten over the initial "it's fun, it shocks people" stage, and it's starting to sink in that my hair is gone. Thus, your approval is much appreciated.

It does, I know. Ironically, her hair is about as long as mine was this time last week. I think this is the first time I've ever had shorter hair than her.
