Yessssss. It's a very relaxing film, too -- you can just sort of drift in it, like a warm bath. Except warm baths don't usually have Ben Whishaw in them.

This all sounds so lovely! I can't wait to watch Bright Star (which will happen at some point this week) so I, too, can marvel at its beauty.

Impractical but beautiful shoes are the best kind, clearly!

Ha ha, I have virtually no practical shoes anyway. My most practical shoes are: big stompy boots, Converses, and numerous pretty flats, which count as practical because they have no heels. I also have insanely high tolerance for uncomfortable shoes, possibly cultivated solely by stubbornness.
